We partnered with the New York State LGBT Health & Human Services Network to design a comprehensive report visualizing the impact of over 50 member organizations serving LGBTQ New Yorkers. The publication combines data visualization, storytelling, and statewide mapping to highlight disparities in access, celebrate progress, and advocate for equitable health funding. Designed for clarity and emotional resonance, the report elevates the voices of community organizations working toward visibility, safety, and systemic change across all 62 counties of New York State.
